Maya Rowan

Based in Northumberland, Maya Rowan creates atmospheric landscape paintings inspired by remote coastlines, changing weather and time spent outdoors. Her work often begins with sketches and photographs collected during walks, before developing into imagined scenes that blend observation with memory. Through soft light, expansive spaces and carefully balanced colour, her paintings invite a sense of calm and reflection.
